Before signing up with Intelligent Office, we lost a lot of calls and leads into the vacuum of our answering machine. Then, it would be after hours when we listened to the messages, resulting in our response not being the swiftest. Now, our calls are screened and we answer the important ones in real time. If we’re not in the office, the Intelligent Office receptionists use their “follow-me” communications and track us down. Last time we were on the opposite coast of the country, it was with the confidence of knowing all important calls would follow us. And if there is a new message in the system, the call notification lets us know that there is a pending message right away. Our experience with Intelligent Office has been nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we moved in, they have been eager to help in any way possible and have continued to work with us to make our experience in their offices a pleasurable one. We have signed up for not only permanent office space, but the virtual receptionist service as well. We previously had a call center in Baltimore answering our customer support calls, and were not getting the level of service that we required.
